Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 16, 2026

The short version: the card details and logo you enter in the generator are processed entirely in your browser. We never receive them, never store them, and never sell or share them. There's no account to create.

1. Who we are

BusinessCardsGenerator (“we”, “us”) operates the website at businesscardsgenerator.com. You can reach us at hoscidnum@proton.me.

2. The data you put into the generator

The name, title, company, phone, email, website, tagline, and logo you type or upload into the card generator are handled client-side — meaning by code running in your own browser. This information is not transmitted to our servers, is not logged, and is not accessible to us. When you close or refresh the tab, it is gone unless your browser has saved a draft locally on your device.

3. Information we do handle

4. Cookies and local storage

We use a small amount of browser storage for things like remembering your light/dark theme choice and recording that you've seen the cookie notice. Full detail is in the Cookie Policy.

5. Third parties

We load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google and Google may see your IP address as part of that request. If analytics is enabled, that provider processes the aggregate data described above. We do not use third parties to process your card details, because your card details never leave your device.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold and to object to certain processing. Because we hold almost no personal data, most requests are simple — email us at hoscidnum@proton.me and we'll respond.

7. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Material changes will be made clear on the site.

This policy describes how the site works and is provided for transparency. It is not legal advice; if you operate this site commercially, have a professional review it against the laws that apply to you.
