Terms of Use
Last updated: June 16, 2026
By using businesscardsgenerator.com, you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable.
1. What we offer
BusinessCardsGenerator provides a free, browser-based tool for designing business cards and generating QR codes. The tool is provided as-is, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use BusinessCardsGenerator only to create genuine cards for yourself or an organisation you are authorised to represent. You must not use it to:
- Impersonate another person, business, or institution, or imply an affiliation you do not have;
- Create fake, forged, or misleading credentials, identification, or official documents;
- Facilitate fraud, phishing, or deception of any kind;
- Encode links to malware, scams, or unlawful content in a QR code;
- Break any law that applies to you.
Mockup and preview features exist so you can check your own design before printing — not to imitate someone else.
3. Your content
The details and logo you put into the generator are yours. Because they're processed on your device and never reach us, you are solely responsible for what you create and for having the right to use any logo or trademark you add.
4. Intellectual property
The site's design, code, and text belong to BusinessCardsGenerator. The QR codes and card files you generate are yours to use freely for lawful purposes.
5. No warranty
The tool is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that every generated QR code will scan on every device or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Always test a QR code before printing in volume.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BusinessCardsGenerator is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including misprinted cards or QR codes that fail to scan.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions go to hoscidnum@proton.me.
These terms are provided for transparency and are not legal advice. Have a professional review them against the laws that apply to you before relying on them commercially.
